Happy holidays! A.J. and Jen are writing from the good ol’ United States of America! Per tradition, here’s their annual Q&A to give you all the details of their international lives:
Q: Are you still in Haiti?
A: No! Jen finished her 2-year tour in August. She and A.J. are together back in DC until they go to Tokyo. It is fantastic to be together again and taking advantage of everything around DC, from hiking and events to seeing friends and family.
Q: When do you move to Japan?
A: A.J. and Jen are moving to Japan in June 2023! Until then, A.J. is still working at the Department of Commerce and Jen is in training every day, learning Japanese. 日本に行きます！

Q: What did you two get up to this year?
A: A lot! The majority of the time was still spent with Jen in Haiti and A.J. working in DC - but there was some great traveling, professional moments, and family time:
